Vegan Granola Bars (3 Ingredients!)

These vegan granola bars are a delicious and homemade snack needing just 3 ingredients! No refined sugar, butter, or dairy needed, and easily customizable!

  • 2 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional


  • Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add your oats. In a microwave safe bowl, combine your peanut butter with maple syrup and microwave until the peanut butter has melted.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until combined. Transfer the granola bar mixture into the lined pan and press down into it. Top with chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Refrigerate the bars for at least an hour, before slicing into 12 bars.



TO STORE: Vegan granola bars should be stored in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 4 weeks.
TO FREEZE: Place the leftover granola bars in a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
