Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
These cauliflower steaks are an impressive vegan dish that would have the meat-eaters swooning! Crispy golden-baked slices of cauliflower that take seconds to prepare!
- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Using a sharp knife, slice your cauliflower into 1-inch steaks.
Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then the seasonings.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy on top.
Remove the steaks from the oven and serve immediately.
