  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach loosely packed
  • 1 scoop protein powder * See notes

  • In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients and blend well, until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy.

* If your protein powder is unsweetened, add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener.
TO STORE: This smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, before consuming. Be sure to mix it well beforehand, in case the milk has slightly separated.
TO FREEZE: Pour the smoothie into an ice cube tray or a shallow container and store in the freezer for up to 6 months. When ready to enjoy, simply remove from the freezer and reblend until creamy.
