This green protein smoothie is a sneaky way to get your greens and protein in! Made with just 3 ingredients, it's perfect for a quick breakfast or a filling snack!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach loosely packed
  • 1 scoop protein powder * See notes

Instructions
 

  • In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients and blend well, until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy.

Notes

* If your protein powder is unsweetened, add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite sweetener. 
TO STORE: This smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, before consuming. Be sure to mix it well beforehand, in case the milk has slightly separated. 
TO FREEZE: Pour the smoothie into an ice cube tray or a shallow container and store in the freezer for up to 6 months. When ready to enjoy, simply remove from the freezer and reblend until creamy.
