This vegan avocado toast is a brunch classic that can be easily made at home! Ready in 5 minutes and using simple ingredients!

  • 2 large avocados overripe
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 4 slices bread any crusty bread


  • In a mixing bowl, add your avocado and mash until smooth. Add the rest of your ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Toast your four slices of bread. Distribute the avocado spread amongst the four pieces of toast and serve immediately.



TO STORE: Leftover avocado spread can be stored in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 days. Any longer, and it will begin to brown and be inedible.
TO FREEZE: Place the avocado in a shallow container and store it in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, and remove excess water before spreading on your toast.
