This vegan pizza dough is made with just 2 ingredients and NO yeast! Thick, soft, fluffy, and crispy on the edges, this is truly the easiest pizza crust.
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and yogurt and mix well, until combined. Using your hands, gently knead the dough into smooth and form into a ball.
Lightly dust a kitchen surface with flour. Transfer the ball of dough on top and roll out into a pizza shape. Transfer onto the lined sheet. If desired, brush the sides of the crust with olive oil. Top with tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings of choice.
Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
TO STORE: Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 5 days.TO FREEZE: Place slices of the pizza in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.REHEATING: Either microwave the pizza or heat on a non-stick pan for several minutes. You can place it in a preheated oven, but it may be a little longer.
