Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt any plain flavored yogurt

For the toppings

  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup vegan cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp black olives
  • 6 slices vegan pepperoni
  • 1 small bell pepper slices
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and yogurt and mix well, until combined. Using your hands, gently knead the dough into smooth and form into a ball.
  • Lightly dust a kitchen surface with flour. Transfer the ball of dough on top and roll out into a pizza shape. Transfer onto the lined sheet. If desired, brush the sides of the crust with olive oil. Top with tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings of choice.
  • Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
