Place the coconut oil in a non-stick pan and place it over medium heat. Once hot, add the agave nectar. Once it begins to sizzle, add the bananas and cinnamon and sautee for 1-2 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Transfer the banana onto a plate and serve immediately.
