These vegan chocolate peanut butter cookies need just 4 ingredients and take 10 minutes to make! No eggs, no refined sugar, and no butter needed, they are secretly healthy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add all your ingredients and mix well, until a thick batter remains. Using your hands, form 12 balls of dough and place them on the lined sheet. Use a fork to cross each cookie twice.
  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, before removing them from the oven and letting them cool on the sheet completely.

TO STORE: Cookies will keep well at room temperature, covered. It will keep well for up to 2 weeks. 
TO FREEZE: Place cookies in a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
