This 2 ingredient peanut butter fudge is so smooth and creamy, you won't believe it is vegan! No dairy and no butter needed, it takes seconds to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a small square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, add your peanut butter and chocolate chips and melt. Whisk together until smooth.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture into the lined pan and refrigerate for an hour, to firm up. Once firm, slice into pieces.

Notes

TO STORE: As the fudge is quite fragile, it should always be stored in the refrigerator, covered. It will keep well for up to 4 weeks.
TO FREEZE: Place the fudge in a ziplock bag and store it in the freezer for up to 6 months. You can enjoy it straight from the freezer by letting it thaw for several minutes prior.
