These no bake brownie bites are soft, fudgy, and taste like brownies, you won't believe they are healthy! Made with just 4 ingredients, they are a delicious vegan and gluten free snack!
In a large mixing bowl, add all your ingredients and mix well, until combined. If the dough is too thin, add extra oat flour. If the dough is too thick, add a little water to thin it out.
Using your hands, form 12 balls of dough and place them onto a plate, and refrigerate for an hour, to firm up.

TO STORE: Brownie bites should be stored in the refrigerator, covered. They will keep fresh for up to 2 months. TO FREEZE: Place leftover bites in a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
